How long will it take to get my order shipped out?
Processing time: 1-3 working days

Personalized items may take up to 30-40 days from the date of purchase for delivery.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the shipping address for you. Just send us a message with your order number and the correct address to support@pgm-golf.com
How can I check on the status of my online order?
Online order statuses can be viewed in the Order History section within your Account. You can also reference the provided tracking code once your order has shipped. For further assistance, please contact customer service email at support@pgm-golf.com

What can I do if I can't find my package?
If you have not received your package and you have a tracking number that indicates your package has been delivered, or if there is no any logistic updates in 48 hrs after parcel be shipped out, please follow these steps within 48 hours and we'll be happy to help you locate your package or send you a new one.

- Please email support@pgm-golf.com with 'Missing Parcel+ Your order number' in the subject line
- We will contact you within 24 hours with an update
Return or Exchange
How can I setup a return for my PGM order?
We’re sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product. If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.This refund does not include the cost of shipping. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Product must be in new, unused, unaltered condition, with labels and tags attached. Please contact PGM customer service email at support@pgm-golf.com for further instructions.
Return and Refund policy
REFUND REQUIREMENTS
Golf bags must be returned in unused condition unless defective.
Due to their custom nature,personalized / customized golf bags may not be returned.
PRODUCT DEFECTS / MISREPRESENTATION
If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, please contact our Customer Service at support@pgm-golf.com.
INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
If we deliver the wrong item to you, please contact our Customer Service at
support@pgm-golf.com to send back the incorrect order and send back out the correct item, completely at our expense.
EXCHANGE
If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, you may ship the item back to us at your costs in new and unused condition and we will replace it with the correct items by free shipping.
